We're building the platform we wanted for our own businesses.

Maestren is being built by Dominic and Manny — plus a small group of collaborators — who've spent years watching online businesses drown in admin, buy too many tools, hire the wrong agencies, and sacrifice their evenings to make the numbers work.

We started Maestren because we kept having the same conversation with business owners: "I spend more time running the business than doing what I'm actually good at." Every operator, every founder, every creator — same story.

The answer isn't another tool. You can already subscribe to invoicing software, a CRM, an email scheduler, a compliance tracker, three marketing apps, and a VA. Most operators already do. The result is 12 logins, 4 unread notification tabs, and the admin still taking your evenings — because the coordination between all those tools is now the job.

We built Maestren to be the coordination layer. One platform that handles every category of work your business needs — enquiries, quotes, invoicing, content, compliance, operations — in your voice, with your rules, under one login. Not a tool. A service.

Why the name

Maestren comes from maestro — the conductor who runs the orchestra. The musicians play; the conductor coordinates. That's the shape we wanted the brand to have. You're still the one making the calls. Maestren runs the performance.

Who's building it

Dominic and Manny at the core, plus a small group of collaborators we pull in for specific work. We're deliberately small — we want Maestren to be opinionated, and opinions survive better in small teams.

We've previously built websites and software for our own businesses and others. We've hired marketing agencies and fired them. We've paid for tools we didn't use and used tools we forgot to cancel. Maestren is the platform we wish we'd had, built by people who've felt the problem for years.

What we believe

Principle 01
Handled beats clever.
We don't want to be the AI platform with the most features. We want to be the one where your work actually gets done, day after day, without you having to think about it.
Principle 02
One platform, not ten tools.
The worst thing we could build is "yet another AI tool." Maestren replaces a stack, not adds to one. If we're ever not doing that, we've got the product wrong.
Principle 03
Premium by restraint.
The platform costs what it does because it does real work. Design, copy, and product reflect that — no growth-hack aesthetics, no dark patterns, no "limited time" countdown timers.
Principle 04
You're still in charge.
Maestren handles the work. You set the direction, tone, rules, and limits. Nothing goes out in your name that you couldn't have written yourself.

Where we're going

At launch, Maestren handles around 20 jobs across six categories. Our plan is to get to 50+ jobs in the first year — mostly driven by what waitlist members tell us they're still doing manually. The verticals we build for "Built for your trade" are picked the same way.

We're not trying to build a unicorn. We're trying to build the platform our customers tell their operator friends about. If we do that well, the rest sorts itself out.
